my mind once again wants to see rap battles with rwby characters, either in rwby characters vs rwby characters or crossover raps.

I never even found any when I looked and I always dreaded they'd be just a pretense to crap on the show, so good to know!
I just realized something....
FRWBY's version of the Atlas Arc is going to be the end of Emerald.
She is either going to die, or be captured by the Atlas Military, who will not fall or falter because the white man army is always just and right.
BUT on the other hand.....
Ironwood and his forces are going to have to play nice with Roman Torchwick and Neo.

Come to think of it, that's always the magical contradiction of RWBY rewrites, isn't it? They insist that Ironwood leaving Mantle and its citizens to die is entirely reasonable and justified, and vilify Team RWBY for opposing his plan. Yet at the same time, all of the V8 rewrites I've seen refuse to actually let that happen and come up with some scenario where the people of both kingdoms are saved (by which I mean doing exactly what Ruby comes up with in canon).
They want RWBY to be the edgy grimdark schlock where the Man In Charge deciding who lives and who dies is totes mature and realistic, but don't actually want their precious Man In Charge to have to deal with such a burden.

Huh, you know its kind of funny, 'critics' whine up a storm about how the cast didn't trust Ironwood despite them debating it amongst themselves and highlighting their reasons, but they don't seem to complain about Ironwood not being mindlessly obedient 'loyal' to Ozpin... Weird.

OK my brain legit tried to escape my brain reading the summary of that shit, let alone the first change, 'adaptational karma' having Yang tell Robyn about Amity alone and everyone being pissed at her for it is like, missing the point of the show and cast in several different ways.
