I have no ideas in regards to how this place could be more active, or how I can do more as an overstretched lurker. However, I can say it would be good if the spam profile posts were at least dealt with. My phone browser asks me if I want to switch to russian whenever I load the front page of this site.

On a similar note, would anyone be interested in a general chat sort of thread? I have times where I'd like to talk with people here to get closer to this community, but I don't have a particular threadworthy topic I want to talk about.
