Super adorable and full of feels!
Jac: The mines would be good for the children! It'd give them independence and the results of an honest days work!Ask yourself that question again but first consider what Jacques Schnee's stance on child labor laws is likely to be.
Final Fantasy 7 has like zero subtlety with it's villains and I kind of love it for it.
I am just imagining Bayonetta now XDSo now that we know that faunus traits can also be animal legs
imagine a Secretary Bird Faunus
I wouldn't undersell it myself, the meanings match up way too well for me to think it was a coincidence.And probably the reason is;
The CRWBY just thought they looked cool and the bits fit with the flow/look of the character's design, as I doubt they looked up meanings of different crosses since the beginning of the show.
So sad they are endangered, but very cool animal, would be a fun Faunus.Arrastra's animal
Also since it's not legal to hire child laborers I don't have to pay them! Uh, I mean as a family man who believes firmly Family Values and the importance of the bond between parent and child I have generously offered my adult employees the opportunity to grow closer to their children (and random orphans we picked off the street) by making every day a Bring Your Child To Work day.Jac: The mines would be good for the children! These are great XDBwahahahahaha! Oh man, poor Neptune. He looks so miserable!
Hahahaha, "Its easier to send Union busters against kids too, and it isn't like they can't afford to lose a few teeth, they grow back, such luxury!" Pfft oh my gosh, XD "A little bit of Dust Lung never hurt anyone, especially a child!"Also since it's not legal to hire child laborers I don't have to pay them! This is set prior to RWBY canon and Lionheart is still alive. I'm really hoping that we get a chance to see what he looked like in his prime. Would be really cool to have a GMPC moment where he pulls the party out of the fire by using some badass Weiss-style Dust magic and reveals his Semblance.Look at the time!
That'd definitely be interesting, I liked the added detail that Lionheart doesn't have much pull which makes doing his job harder. This is set prior to RWBY canon and Lionheart is still alive. Yeah it was quite well paced, I loved the added sound effects, and it wouldn't shock me if we see more and more visual stuff as time goes on to be honest. Also wow I didn't even notice the editing haha, shows it was smooth. Also the show was a ton of fun to watch. Not as much talespire and artwork as I'd hoped but it was really cool how they made use of pre-recorded voice acting from actual characters in the show. And they made good use of editing to cut down on downtime where nothing interesting is happening, it kept the pace high and ensured that there was always something interesting happening on-screen instead of having having every other minute be spent watching people mumble doing math or looking up bonuses or whatever.
Indeed, loving the expansion on the world!Lots of cool world-building too, Kuchinashi being a mountain based city that can only be accessed by deliberately un-maintained drawbridges to keep out unwanted visitors already makes it a highly unique and colorful city that really has a character of it's own.
That about sums it up yeah. Also "Can I offer you a tacco in this trying time?"so I have not watched GC yet
but based on the above this is what I am picturing
Goodness I don't know if this is plausible or not but if the RT site allows them to edit videos and such fanart should emerge after they came out then I hope that the episodes will eventually be edited to include fanart of various scenes as they happen. I wanna see some White Fang stuff myself like them taking down Faunus trafficking crime bosses.

Will defitively be interesting if the campaign shows the White Fang in a more positive light. At the very least I expect it to do a lot to explain how the White Fang became the way it did.
I love these post and hope there is a surge. Also unrelated but an interesting point someone made.
Here's hoping for a kiss or official declaration of love in volume 8
Edit:
Also an interesting point on Ironwood and how CRWBY handles character building in general
Luimnigh
I saw something on aspiringlibrarianwarriors post (the one you reblogged with "Sacrificing yourself and sacrificing others are not the same thing, James.") In the comments someone claims the show...luimnigh.tumblr.com
When you stop to think about it, how swift his downward spiral became at the end really does a lot to explain why the heroes were so worried about him:Also this is such a good line, a perfect summary.
"James’ whole sacrifice deal is not a separate issue for the character. It is symptomatic of his hero complex."
Ooh my thanks! If anyone wants to get creative:
RWBY - Post - Rooster Teeth
Happy #RTCommunityDay! In celebration of the premiere of RWBY: The Grimm Campaign, we wanted to share some fun RWBY inspired character sheets so you can perhaps create your own Mistral adventure! Let us know what you roll! *Edit - Sorry for the issues with downloading, here are the PDF...roosterteeth.com
Oooh that is an excellent breakdown, also oof, poor Weiss that means she spent so long there, also that Winter only arrived back recently, yikes poor Fria. When you stop to think about it, how swift his downward spiral became at the end really does a lot to explain why the heroes were so worried about him:
Oh my gosh this is utterly prefect, it is so meta applied to real life and genius, kudos on this and thanks for sharing it, loved you how tied it in with the Ace-Ops, the fandom and themes of the showSo, to me, those that want Ruby to "change" are, in a way, acting as "The Wolf".
I love May's character and her VA is great, she's all over tumblr and super funSo May's voice actress took advantage of the released character sheets to make her own. Those pesky Atlesians IntSpec officers classified all the spoiler parts though.
I have to admit. May is one of the side characters I'm looking forward to the most this volume. I feel like there could be a very interesting potential confrontation between her and her family. Plus I hope volume 8 will have a scene that's as direct and upfront about her trans status as gen:LOCK's Training Daze episode was for Val/entina.
Also I think it will come up, her VA said the only reason she revealed it was cos people were making assumptions about Robyn and Joanna and wanted to correct them as some were rooted in kinda gross reasoning.
Your call:oh god do I even want to know?
>.<
From memory some folks heard Robyn's base model was the 'male' one and so jumped on that to suggest she was trans, while the other arguments for Joanna were basically "She's not traditionally feminine therefore trans".

I love that they are basically a meme unto themself with this stuff haha.Thankfully, we have newcomer moments to take the pain away... And Alexablob to enjoy it on our behalf... Okay, I might have had a few similar reblogs there...
Huh, I never heard that one before XDThat reminds me that there used to be speculation that "HILL" was a lost Schnee or something since all we knew of the character was a fuzzy poster in the background of the V8 teaser and the face had white hair.
