People still are trying to pin everything on Mettle, even claiming Ironwood "doesn't have trauma" or some shit.

Huh, so in a way Blake has been in 2 Mock Triangles
Blake, Yang, Sun
and Blake, Yang, and Adam.
One had C go wingman, the other had C be true villain

You should see the comment I just got on my most recent RWBY video.

While I think this argument has some merit. I don't think it's necessarily true. For starters you use examples of moments that aren't at all related to any sort of Trauma, completely fabricates subtext where there is none to push a narrative not supported by the show.
Another thing is that this supposed "trauma" isn't at all being reflected well in the characters beyond blatant instances where characters who have experienced trauma like Yang. Not in Ruby, Weiss, and I have no idea what you're referring to with Blake's "Trauma".
And another thing is that people often do make this same point to most other villains, so that particular talking point isn't true. The reason why people typically bring up Adam and Ironwood is because they very easily could've been helped. The "trauma" that turns them into villains is immediately relevant and impactful to the story/ it's characters.
It doesn't help that they usually end up that way because it seems that our same "heroes" choose not to reach out to them the same way they do with other characters, like Ilia, Winter or the Ace ops.
