I find the idea that Salem only seeks out and kills Silver Eyed Warriors cos they "Might" be related to Ozpin is stupid. She has plenty of pragmatic reasons to want them dead and despite still having a degree of beef with Ozma, I feel this ascribes way too much "omen scorned" stereotypes to a character much more interesting than that.

Oh trust me. I've never held that Salem hunted Silvers for that reason alone.
Though there is a chance she could understand they are "touched by light", and there wouldn't be many ways a Remnantian would be as such as far as we know.
So Salem would have various reasons to keep these people isolated and picked off;
The pragmatic reason of "These counter the main bulk of my forces so I need to rid myself of this threat"
And there is the personal reason she figures out over time of "These powers remind me to much of the shiny bastard that cursed me, so I will make them pay"
And the more recent thought after her encounter with Summer "Hey, I might actually be able to use these to my benefit while also sticking it to the shiny bastard."
And through it all there is also the chance of the thought of "I kill/corrupt these people and in so doing I deprive dear ol Oz of a powerful resource."

You know, it's stuff like this that's the reason why people raised a huge spat over Volume 9 when they found out that Ruby knew Jaune killed Penny off screen but the show just implied she was yet to find out.

The audience already knew what happened.
The show gave scenes where Ruby was got informed of what happened.
But with 2 years of waiting, speculating, and making fanfics what we got was not enough for folks.

Saw this post recently:

Apparently the Hot Ones is a tv show where celeberties are interviewed while eating increasingly spicy chicken wings. Honestly it seems like a really fun prompt for discussing basically any fictional characters.

So basically, RWBY characters on The Hot Ones. How do you think they would do?

Tyrian for example would defitively eat every single chicken wing and have no problem with the pain because he'd enjoy it. 100% chance that he creeps out everyone in the audience and the host.

Hazel would cheat like a motherfucker with his pain nullification Semblance. Not sure how he'd do on the interview.

Etc.
Lol. Remember how I talked about RWBY on Hot Ones after seeing someone else talk about the cast of Final Fantasy VIII on said show?

Well the trend has spread and now we have actual fanart of RWBY characters on the spicy show. There is still good in this world. 😆

I roll my eyes at those that say Weiss does not "deserve" Jaune because we never saw her thank him on screen for saving her life in V5.
Like, did Jaune act like he wanted to be thanked? Did Weiss ever discredit or belittle him or do anything negative in that moment?
No. They were two friends and allies and Jaune was just fucking happy he actually managed to save her.

I especially love the detail of Coco using her sunglasses to hide how badly she's handling her spice. Very in keeping with the Vacuo novels. XD
This reminds me of that meme, where a woman is seemingly crying but not quite and looking up at the ceiling and goes "I want to cry but my foundation cost 58 dollars!"
I roll my eyes at those that say Weiss does not "deserve" Jaune because we never saw her thank him on screen for saving her life in V5.
Its one of those things that makes it clear they feel a man is owed sex/romance for (At best) basic decency; those same people don't go on about how Jaune didn't "deserve" Pyrrha despite her saving his ass multiple times. Oh they speak of how he fumbled, what he missed, but that's clearly still seeing Pyrrha as a prize for him, not someone denied what she was rightly owed. Its a gross and deeply sexist mentality.

Love this post:
Bruh.
Literally the first thing we see Adam do in the series is hijack a train full of innocent civilians and bluntly state he doesn't give a damn if they die because of his actions. He was never a good person.
