Since the chairman is a Dem, I'm _assuming_ they'll want to release it? Or at least find bits to quote to bring up in public. Good campaigning, and all.

Unless there's some centrist reason to hold off? I probably underestimate how much the dems will centrist.

The main thing is it's going to court because Trump has said he won't do it and I think the deadline was today or Monday.
