and I also have someone saying that Bee ship is toxic and that Yang is projecting her mommy issues onto Blake.
not to mention "Blake has a history of running away. it's only a matter of time before she does it again." completely ignoring the character growth and how adamantly Blake has shown with both her words and her actions that she is not going to be running from her partner again.
Well if they acknowledged reality their shitty joke wouldn't land :/
Honestly this is kind of hilarious though cos like, Raven's Semblance is the opposite of useful for running away from loved one's, its only cos she can turn into a bird it works like that at all and Blake's does work like that at all, its just good for dodging ><
Honestly given the Rosebird bit I'm almost half convinced this is a joke within a joke, but shouldn't get my hopes up.

Also Neon Konbini Come In, We're Open is really good in general so far.
Anyway, this show was super good!
I made it a point to watch every sketch and was impressed they even made the transitions fun, let alone the sketches themselves, which shifted in terms of art style, premise and joke really well, doing everything from cutsie stick figures, to amazingly rendered 3D, to classic 80's Gundam stuff and more, this was a real joy.

Also, people claiming Ironwood was reduced to a 'cartoon villain' to dismiss the fact he always had the potential for scummery, or the fact that Atlas was always a decaying culture.
