So, for SOME REASON I was rewatching parts of volume one, and my lord, the Blake/Weiss argument is painful. Not in the sense of 'Weiss is so racist!' or such, but the realization that she's always desperately clung to any possible reason her father was the way he was.
kind of like many abuse victims, which gives Weiss a connection to not only Blake (Adam) but also Yang (abandoned by Raven and spending most of her life wondering "Why?") and Emerald.

I think I have encountered people genuinely confused.
"Other shows have science and magic. Other shows set clear boundaries of what is magic and what is something else. Why can't CRWBY give a clear answer to what is Aura, Semblances, Dust, and Magic and what makes Magic different from others."

And they always point to poor Weiss and her family Glyphs vs Weiss herself saying "There is no such thing as magic" (or something like that) while talking with Raven before the "Bird Reveal".
I constantly see people ask "How is "Bird" proof of Magic? Has there been anything specifically stated in the show that Semblances can't be transformations like that?" etc. etc. etc.
This is by Kaosi who usually posts funny rwby videos, rwby amvs, and rwby compilation videos (I think they are the one that made the video showing how Ironwood has always been in Salem's palm since his debut).
They are relatively new to making theory/analysis videos with their thoughts in audio form (I think this is only their 2nd or 3rd one so far) and English is not their first language.
I say we give them a chance and give this 21 minute video a chance.
