On that note there's finally some Sienna Khan merchandise in the RT store. Its about time, both as a character and aesthetically speaking she kicks Adam's ass, and that turd has gotten tons of merchandise.

I hope this is a sign of more to come. I'd like to see some more custom made Khan merch in the future. The Amity Arena (or was it Vytal Festival) character portraits look a bit... Off at times.

By the way, he posted another "we're the victims!" wankfest on /r/RWBY an hour ago, whining about how when he and other "critics" defend a wannabe dictator who wants to leave the poor and disadvantaged people of his country to die, people treat them like the sort of folks who defend a wannabe dictator who wants to leave the poor and disadvantaged people of his country to die.

The who? Oh, the jerks still around? Guess he's got nothing better to do with his life. Kinda sad. I suggest putting him on ignore like I did. He might want to waste his own life but I don't want to waste mine, he's not worth my time.

Meh. I feel like people take fictional characters birthdays way to seriously in the fandom. I mean sure fans can celebrate the fictional birthdays all they want but I struggle to remember the birthdays of my own family members, if someone had told me that I had to remember the birthdays of a fictional characters* and base my workplace deadlines around said non-existent birthdays I'd probably have a stroke.




* Birthdays that were largely made up at random I might add.

To be honest I kinda hate it. But I'm not sure if it's the design itself or the artstyle. Like every other western RWBY comic I feel like these comic adaptions get saddled with the D-list artist. I've frequently seen fanart that looks better than the official RWBY comics. Even the comic covers, which is where DC comic artists tend to bring their A-Game.


The helmet looks kinda silly though. Especially with that outfit. Might have looked good if she had gone full armor but with the skimpy outfit it makes her look bobbleheaded.

Izuku Midoriya actually works very well as a RWBY character

1 - He fits the "Color Naming Rule" as Midori = Green (such as his hair)

2 - He fits the "based on fairy tale/pop culture" that RWBY characters are, as Izuku is basically Spider-man.

speaking of, I partially brought this up because I am currently following 2 "Deku In Remnant" type stories, and both are very different

1 - "Hunting for a Hero" - takes place during more recent times in the My Hero series, i.e. when everything is going to shit. In this one we see "Dark Deku"/"Dirty Deku"/"Scary Deku" get sent to Remnant due to something off happening when caught in an explosion trap set by All For One. So a stressed, paranoid, and angry Deku with battle damaged that leaves him looking like he has claws and talons finds himself in Vale just in time to jump in during the robbery scene in RWBY episode 1. Ruby even nicknames him "Demon Boy". One thing that might turn some people off is that this story is listed for an eventual harem (Deku and the individual members of Team RWBY) and eventual smut.

2 - "Hero of Remnant" - starts during the final fight between Overhaul and Deku/Eri. Deku defeats the Villain, but then Eri's quirk goes haywire and suddenly the hero and child end up falling into the Emerald Forest, and into a bickering Ruby and Weiss. Eeyup, it's the initiation, but with added Deku punching things and everyone cooing over Eri as they try to hurry her back to the cliff and to Ozpin because Eri is getting sick from the exertion. the tags indicate a possible goal of shipping Deku and Yang and maybe Deku and Blake, but no smut tags here.

the writing for both is fine in my books and I'm more following these story than anything else.
it's angst deku and big brother deku.
and I am honestly looking forward to seeing if either of these 2 stories end up covering the scene of Cardin tugging on Velvet's ear.

Or they're trolling us again. But given they were promising an announcement this month, I'd say it's likely. I do hope the release date is soonish.
