So a former NCSoft employee had the full code and had been running a personal private server for about seven years. Someone leaked a video on Youtube about a week ago. This former NCSoft employee released the full code and now half a dozen private servers are up.

Alright so currently the private server is in negotiations with NCSoft to make the server legal. The reason they're doing this is because there's a second fan team working on a plug and play version of the game.
